Do I need to already do CrossFit?

Nope. CBG The Challenge works for anyone training 3+ times a week — CrossFit, lifting, classes, running. The blueprint scales to your actual training load.

How much time per week does this take?

About 30 min/week for the live coaching call (recorded if you miss it), plus your weekly fitness challenge. Nutrition is built into how you already eat — not a second job.

What happens at the end of the 4 weeks?

You'll get a 1:1 sales call with the CBG team to review your results and talk about ongoing coaching if you want to keep going. Zero pressure — most people just want to know what's next.

What if I can't make the live calls?

Every call is recorded and posted in the private Facebook group within 24 hours. You can submit questions ahead of time and we'll cover them on the call.

Is the $150 a one-time payment?
